Delhi University
Admission 2019 will be managed by the Delhi University. The admissions in the
UG and PG courses will be offered either through entrance exam or direct entry
basis. DU offers various courses like UG, PG, doctoral, diploma and
various other courses in different fields like law, management, engineering,
commerce, humanities, science, etc. Admission will be offered through merit of
the qualifying exam or entrance exam. DU organizes various entrance exams to
offer admission to students.

DU Application
Form 2019.
The application
form for DU Entrance Exam 2019 is filled though the online mode, wherein
candidates have to make their login Ids too. The application form will start
from the first week of June 2019 for PG courses and third week of June for UG
courses. The candidate is free to select a programme and college (after he/she
meets the required cut off) and thereby fill the admission form. Candidates
have to provide all the information including personal information, educational
qualification and correspondence address etc. in the online application form.
Candidates also need to upload scanned images of passport size photograph,
signature and other documents in the given specification as prescribed by the
university. Finally, the candidate must
take a printout of the filled-in admission form.

is no minimum age bar for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate
courses offered by the University and its colleges except for the courses for

DU Exam Pattern
for Admission 2019
The exam pattern
for different courses may vary course to course. Candidates should collect
course wise information from the official information brochure. Check following
information regarding DU exam pattern:
Exam Mode: The
entrance test will be in the offline mode where the answer has to be marked on
an OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) Sheet.
Question Paper: The
question paper for both UG and PG courses will be an objective type question
paper.
Subject: Each
question paper will have different questions based on concerned subject.
Duration of Exam:
The exam will be of 2.00 hours.
Marking Scheme: 4
marks for each correct answer in case of UG course.
Negative
Marking: Negative marking is applicable and 1 mark will be deducted for
every incorrect response.
DU PG Admission
2019:
Admission to
various PG courses will be provided via two modes i.e. category-I 50% under all
categories (Direct Admission) and category-II (Through Entrance Test). Check
more details below:
Category-I Direct
Admission, 50% under all categories:
The candidates who
wish to get admission under the 50% category have to register themselves by
filling the application form in person. The form will be filled with
Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB).
Category-II
through Entrance Test:
Candidates
applying under this category are instructed to apply through online in NCWEB.
The admission will be offered to PG courses in Arts and
Arts/Science/Engineering/ Humanities. For admission to the master courses
offered by Delhi University, the registration will begin in the month of April,
2019 (expected). The registration will be done only in online mode.
The registration
Fee for GEN/OBC candidates is Rs. 500/- per course.
For SC/ST/PWD
candidates, the fee will be of Rs. 250/- per course.
